We are excited to announce the 6th Annual My Life in Christ Conference, which will be held this year in Indianapolis, Indiana. The conference will be at Camp Camby, a beautiful, fully-equipped camp on the southwest side of Indianapolis.

His Eminence, Metropolitan Joseph, will open the conference and be with us throughout the week.

Fr. Philip and Popadia Junia Tolbert from Santa Rosa, California are going to be with us as our main speakers. They are wonderful spiritual guides with a wealth of inspiration, experience, and ideas from working with young people over many years.

Several other inspiring speakers from throughout the country will come to give talks on topics ranging from international Orthodoxy to inner-city mission work.

The week will be filled with activities and inspiration including short, interactive talks and slideshows, lively discussions, hiking, sports, a service project in Indianapolis, a campfire…we could go on, but we might spoil the fun! Don’t forget your musical instruments, folk dances you want to teach (or just plain enjoy!) and old clothes for a good impromptu game of soccer!

The conference covers a wide range of ages; together we form a real community, helping, serving, and learning from one another. Much of the activity will take place all together, but some talks will address the needs of specific age groups.

The culmination of the conference comes on the final weekend, when we will join the Bulgarian Diocese’s annual convention for a festive dinner-dance Saturday night, and a joyous hierarchical Divine Liturgy on Sunday.
